Pine Air upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of our merchandise will meet or exceed your expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect conditions. If eligible for a return, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE; To be eligible for a 30 day money back guarantee, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your product. If no communication has been provided by the customer within 10 days, unfortunately a refund will not be granted. This only covers damaged items and incorrect orders.

You will need to notify us within 10 days of receiving your product about the refund needed and follow the instructions to return the item back to Pine Air. Please contact us by email at to receive the return instructions or visit our Return Policy link, items must be received at the warehouse before the 30 day guarantee expires.

Please email us at with your order number and explain the reason for your refund, returns/refunds apply for wrong items received and defective items. 


    • Shipment Delay -  Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 delays will be experienced. If the package is in transit, unfortunately a refund will not be authorized.       • Priority Shipping - Please note that this is NOT refundable. Priority shipping applies to the package once it is in transit, not to be dispatched sooner. 
      • Shipping Fee - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


      After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 to 7 business days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 7 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement, this varies by financial institution and it should be much sooner. 

      The item MUST be received at Pine Air WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of receipt of the order from Pine Air. Any items received after (thirty) 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted for a refund. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, undamaged. Items that have been damaged due to client negligence cannot be refunded.

      Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
